Well we never play 4-4-2 regularly and so Crouch was never gonna be a regular with Torres around. And he knew it.

Having said that I agree; I would've loved to have seen a Torres/Crouch partnership given more opportunities but I think ultimately Nando is better when on his own.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

"Sky and Setanta have the right to choose their games and it will be the same for everyone. So Mr Ferguson will not be complaining about fixtures and a campaign against United.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."

We could potentially be at the very least 6 points clear now if we'd have had Crouch whilst Torres has been out imo

              Let's re-sign all our ex-strikers shall we?

              It'll be Bellamy next...

I did say imo Just because Keane has struggled, as did Kuyt up top on his own and we actually have some decent crossers of ze ball now

                  Nah, Bellamy was ****.

Scored 9 goals all season for us. What a waste of time.

                    That's 13 goals in 30 games now.

I hope he gets a move away from Fratton Park in the summer, he deserves to be at a bigger club. Redknapp and Defoe leaving must have him feeling a bit lost....

I wish we'd have kept Crouch. Good player and was our top scorer one season. He always got the piss taken due to his bumbling appearance, but he had great touch, brought others into the game, was a great target man, scored goals and was a brilliant plan B.

He just wanted regular starts, which Rafa couldn't promise him so he left. Well done to the lad. I wish him well.

I Like Crouch, but the ony reason we are missing him is due to his replacement failing so far. Same goes for Riise.

I could go on with others, Pongolle would be useful now, as would Ciise. But it was right to sell all 4 at the time for different reasons. The only problem is the failing of the recent recruits.
                        Forwards.......

Dossena has been a flop so far, but i cant honestly say that i've thought to myself 'i miss Riise' this season.

                          Definitely miss Crouch. Quality goalscorer.
