    yaya toure

    i have just been looking at the daily mirror website and seen an article titled 'factfile about yaya toure'.

    i thought i would give it a look considering city are trying to pay £25million for him.

    2 things i noticed that stood out.

    1. he was on trial at arsenal a couple of years ago and never made it - ha ha ya big nosed ****. amazing talent at spotting youth my arse on this one.

    2. there is a video of his unveiling at barcelona at the bottom of the article and he is 'juggling the ball'. now i know footballers dont have to be free style experts but why do it in front of all the press when he can only manage to keep the ball up 5 times. ha ha. great publicity.
    in january we were doomed.

    in august we will rise from the ashes of ****e and march on again

    I've never been that impressed by him myself. I don't think Wenger made a particularly big error in this case.

      When you're unveiled to the press at Real you're expected to 'perform' with the ball.

        i just think that someone playing in his position is exactly what they have needed. lets face it, they were much much better with flamini and he was a pile of ****e too. i really think that if they had of had him they wouldnt be struggling like they are now and would have picked up more silverware reccently.
        in january we were doomed.

                  As for Toure, I've always thought he was a very good player and he impressed at the last World Cup. I think he is the type of player who would be an excellent signing for Arsenal although I see no reason at all why he would want to leave Barca given the quality of football they are currently playing.
