Posting Guidelines for the General Football Forum

When posting news items, please state the source AND copy and paste the story into the post.

If you think the topic may have been posted recently, then please do a search before you post. If there is already a thread on your topic, please post the development of the story in that thread, rather than starting a new one.

When starting a new thread, make sure the title reflects the subject in an accurate manner. Vague topic titles lead to duplicate threads. Also if starting a thread on "This Weekend's Games" for example, please include a date, as this makes it more obvious and easier to find it at a later date.

Just a gentle reminder to try to remember to post a source with a Rumour/Article/Opinion piece. A link to the thing in question would be prefered too.

It can get a little crazy during the summer with unsubstantiated things being taken as gospel. So any sources are helpful.
