I find more enjoyment watching everything but our league these days.
Take Liverpool out of the equation, I watched Aberdeen V Celtic yesterday and flicked over & back between NEC V Ajax. Both had loads of goals, committed tackles, crowd energy, skill and old fashioned blood and guts. Compare that to Hull V Arsenal. Until Hull scored it was like a funeral. Too many PL games are dull, full of overpaid players who couldn't give a ****.
Tonights game will be different, afterall its a derby. But you count how many tackles they'll be. Nowhere near enough for my liking. I prefer a good sliding tackle with the other player thrown in the air over a fancy dans back heel. I must be old fashioned.
