Wigan's King makes Boro loan move

    From the BBC

Middlesbrough have agreed a six-month loan deal for Wigan Athletic striker Marlon King.

King, 28, was at Boro's Rockliffe Park training ground on Thursday to complete the move after cutting short a season-long loan at Hull City.

The striker made 22 appearances for the Tigers, scoring five goals since arriving at the KC Stadium in August.

Meanwhile Boro's Egyptian striker Mido is in talks with Wigan boss Steve Bruce over a loan move to the JJB Stadium.

    More to follow.

Does anyone else think this might ultimately mean that Wigan will let Heskey go in this window (if Mido makes the move)?

Although the defence put up a good case I'm hoping the answer is no.

            Hopefully not.

Unless that ultimately paves the way for Kuyt's €28M move to Juve.

Honestly I'm a bit upset. We need something and I thought he might provide something that would get the best out of our other players.
