It's on the Sky sports website. Surprised he's lasted this long really.

I hope you're proud of yourself Fernando, getting a person sacked during these harsh economic times.

          I read it on here.
          .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

It was all so predictable. He's a truly horrendous manager; a clueless idiot with delusions of intellectualism.

To be fair he has failed in both his managerial roles and had to leave Holland before he wanted to as a coach. I suspect it is mostly that he is crap. Ince I think got a rough deal. If you employ an inexperienced manager at the top level you need to give them time and his previous successes indicate he has talent. Adams got the job not because of his talents but as a 'continuity' choice and as such if he doesn't keep things going as they were he has to go.

He just seems like a complete thicko. Every time he opens his gob he spouts ****e. I can't imagine anyone having any respect for him as a manager.

"Premier League strugglers Portsmouth are set to announce they have sacked manager Tony Adams, BBC Sport understands."

                        He's really been crap, no?

He's been somewhat unlucky with Pompey selling some of their better players.

When was the last time a unproven manager was a success in the top flight? Kenny Dalglish? anyone after?

I was amazed that he got the job in the first place - maybe it was the chairman wanting to sell up and appoint the cheapest option but it has predictably gone spectacularly wrong.
