FWIW I think they'll probably go for a Rijkaard or Mancini type till the end of the season, then get Hiddink. I don't buy this 'not interested' quote from Guus. He's probably 'not interested' right this minute, but at the end of the season with a clean slate and some money to spend, he'll be there. IMHO probably the biggest mercenary in football, Hiddink and Chelsea were made for each other.

I'd guess someone will come in temporarily until the end of the season - thenames mentioned most places are Mancini and Riijkard. The latter certainly plays the sort of football that Abramovich desires.

I'd think long term someone like Ancelotti would be good considering their aging squad and desire for the CL.

They'll be announcing the new manager within 24 hrs according to sky and they reckon it'll be between Grant and Hiddink. I can't imagine Grant going back there.
