Have to admit though, if they can all gang up on David Villa and convince him to join Liverpool, that provides one aspect of their call-ups that i do not object to.

he's pure class, i can't imagine any team looking forward to playing against those two week in week out, for a small guy he holds the ball up suprisingly well too

That was awesome from Spain. Made this England side look like chums. It doesn't help when England don't have much of the ball and don't know what to do with the ball. Downing keeps cutting infield, Wright Phillips's contribution has been minimal. The midfield of Carrick and Barry has been overrun by the fantastic quad of Xabi, Xavi, Iniesta and Senna.

If you're implying that Rafa would negate their attacking instincts, i dont agree. He hasnt with Nando.
