Just a guess but I think it will be white shorts and red socks. Would look good and also as Reggie says it would reflect the national flag.

Is there? Not heard of that before. Come to think of it most teams do seem to have a white kit, but I can't picture Brazil ever having played in white for example.Originally posted by Warren View PostIsn't there a rule where every european team must have a white kit (either home or away) though?

Blue is the colour of Savoia, which as you probably know, was the ruling house of Italy from 1861 until 1946. Until then, the country's flag always had the Savoy coat of arms on it. It is only since the Italian Republic was established post-war that the tricolor has been the national flag. So now you know.Originally posted by Craig_H View PostItaly too. There's not a hint of blue on their flag, yet they play in blue shirts
