My heart does go out to fans of relegated teams, especially if they go down on the last. Seeing wee kids and stuff cry uncontrollable isn't very nice.
Must be a horrible experience to go through, worse things happen people in life but purely as a football fan it must be heart breaking.

Yeah but as Noel Gallagher says, "there's nothing funnier than on Match of the Day seeing fat Geordies cry".

Teams like West Brom and Boro should take the positives out of going down, at least they'll get to win a bit more often.
