      **** him if he can take it he can go to Madrid the ****ing tart! I have never heard anything so stupid ever. what gives these manc ****s the right to say they want special protection! ****ers. Michael Owen use to get the **** kicked out of him when he was with us but he use to get on with it. Same for torres!

          Let them say what they like everyone knows its nonesense, Ferguson claimed Scholes, shouldn't have been sent off. With the respect campaign Rooney should have got an extended ban, for the way he reacted towards the ref after he was shown the red card. Ronaldo was also lucky to have still been on the pitch in that game too!
          The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

              Ronaldo should look to Torres for how to handle the rough stuff - they more they kick Fernando, the more determined he gets !

              The game against Everton last year was a classic example, the treatment Torres got from the Everton defense was shocking but he just paid them back by scoring a brace

                I think it's about time the refs wore microphones, and that the premier league told clubs that comments to refs will be televised, but that if bad language persists they won't be able to screen certain teams' games.

                That would see the 'respect the ref' campaign shoot up a notch, and might see Rooney's selections dip a little. Once the mancs see there's money involved....
