Hiddink is an excellent Manager, no doubt. His track record is very impressive.

However, since he moved into his job with Russia and now Chelsea he has developed the kind of face I would like to punch. Very hard.

Hiddink had a gameplan that worked mainly because of the quality of his best player, Essien. He is immense and has made a massive difference to Chelsea.
