Just a note to say how proud I was to see Tim Howard make two saves (well, I mean, Berbatov's penalty being what it was, 1.5 saves) during the shootout. It was good to see a Yank in Wembley essentially win the match in a Cup semi-final; Howard is an outstanding guy, a veteran of our local Red Bulls, and I am so glad to see him thrive. Hope it bodes well for the USA for him to get that big stage experience.

Agree there 100% Although we have our rivalry we have two fantastic clubs in liverpool!

Hopefully this will give the fans something to be proud of and stop them being so bitter towards us due to our recent successes.
