Absolutely terrifying what would've happened to us if he'd taken over. Jesus wept.
I still think that in the end he will be a good manager. He is however clearly too inexperienced to take over big clubs - especially when they need substantial rebuilding.
What did surprise me though is how many people were arguing for similarly inexperienced coaches when there was a feeling from some that Rafa should be replaced earlier this season. It always looks like a huge risk and especially considering there are no obvious candidates who are working under the current regime who might step up.

I think he will become a good manager as well, have all the necessary qualities for it.
I am a bit suprised they fired him now TBH. They could still easily win the championship, and he is in the middle of rebuilding an aging squad.
On the other side of the coin though, winning the Bundesliga with Bayern should be a walkover really. To only just win it, wouldnt be that impressive and to fail to win it at all is poor.
