      Oh OK.

I stand by the sentiment though. I understand everyone is frustrated at the thought of Manchester Yoonited winning another European Cup and championship but it's gone overboard. Arsenal were crap and Man Yoo had it easy but it's not a surprise. We all knew they got the three weakest teams in their half when the QF draw was made.

The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

        Indeed.

Arsenal are a great club, with heritage and tradition. They've played some of the best football in the last decade.

Sadly though, their current lineup is comparatively weak and they've a lot of rebuilding to do if they're to be a title challenger. As things stand, it's a 'big three' and Arsenal.

If Wenger does indeed have money to spend, as he's maintained, this is the time to spend it and bring some established steel to the club.

At the moment, they're a fair distance behind.

          I totally agree.

They need two or three experienced players. At least.

Arsenal are a poorer side than what we're used too, very fortunate to take points off us last time too, on another night that could've been embarrassing.

Saying that, with all their players fit, they still have plenty of talent and if they spent big for once (and I don't mean huge, say £40m - £50m) they'd be very strong again.

"If Gerrard continues to play up front, leaving this lack of creativity and intelligence in Midfield, the season WILL be over by Xmas."

I still don't think we'll finish in the top 4 this season."

              Darren Fletcher

Jock/Manc **** deserves it all I'm just sorry it wasn't one of the other cunts too.

He was unlucky it was a decent challenge.

              Which category are you in?

I've had a bit of a strop on all day, I feel so sorry for him tbh.

My only problem with all this is that is shows up the different rules in European football compared to domestic - I'm fairly sure it would have been quashed if it had happened in the Premier league. Rules of the game should be standardised, so I think Fletcher is really unlucky in all this.

Kenyan Arsenal fan hangs himself after Man Utd defeat
                      May 6 2009
                      By Humphrey Malalo

NAIROBI, May 6 (Reuters) - An Arsenal fan in soccer-mad Kenya hanged himself wearing his beloved team's shirt after their defeat to Manchester United in the Champions League.
Like elsewhere across Africa, Kenyans pack bars for English Premier League and Champions League matches, especially those involving Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool.
Suleiman Omondi, 29, was found hanged at his home in a middle-class Nairobi estate shortly after leaving distraught from the pub where he had watched Arsenal lose 3-1 in their Champions League semi-final at the Emirates on Tuesday.
"He took some drinks and broke down in tears within the final minutes of the match," a fellow bar patron, who asked not to be named, told Reuters.
Police said they were called to Omondi's house on Wednesday morning. "What we are gathering is this suicide is related to the Arsenal and Manchester match," local Embakasi area police chief David Bunei told reporters.
Bar attendants said they had to intervene after Omondi lunged at a man who suggested Arsenal would not recover from conceding two early goals. They also lost the first leg 1-0.
Brawls are common in Kenya during football matches and there have been other related suicides reported in the past.

I couldn't give a **** who wins it aslong as United don't. Would rather Barca if i had to choose.

A club as classless as Chelsea winning it? No thanks.
