    Ferguson - I am god.

****ing fuming that this ****er has come out and said we have earned the right to rest players and will play a severely weakened team on Sunday against Hull.

While i do agree with the principle, if it was Benitez or Wenger the Tabloids would be in uproar.

One rule for him, different rules for everyone else.....I ****ing hate that whisky nosed ****er!!!

Tell you what if it was his team affected lets say we were gunning for the league and tottenham played a weakened team he would be going ape****, so would the media and sky would probably be running it as there main story

I ****ing hate that cunts media bias, his weakened team will probably be a news blackout for fear of offending the senile old cunt

They were having a mass debate on the radio about it this morning. I didn't hear one person ring in and say about the stick Benitez got for doing it, and how Warnock "lost all respect for him". Can you imagine Warnock saying that about "Sir Alex"

As for the weakened team thing, I think they should be able to play whatever team they want.

We will do the same next season when we have already won the league and need to rest players for the champions league final

We'll see what happens if Hull get a result. Rotation is above criticism if you win.
        .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

I 100% agree...... but then its just the sheer cuntness of the man who can come out and say we will be playing a weakened team and nobody bats an eyelid.

To be fair thats not really his fault. The fact that the media are spineless and refuse to criticise him in case he refuses to talk to them seems to me to be where the blame lies.

This is true although his hissy fits and BBC blockout, etc would be the reason why they are so spineless. That said I rate him for taking a stand, Rafa should probably do the same after the nonsense surrounding his lack of praise to Ferguson.

That is absolutely 100% true. A colleague of mine knows a few of the tabloid hacks and it is 100% true. If you criticise him, you're out of the loop - and what journo is gonna do that? They're all terrified. It's a ****ing farce. Beyond the pale, if you will.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

                  That is exactly what happens.

Fergie is a bully plain and simple. Have you noticed everytime someone interviews him after or before a game as long as they don't ask him any awkward questions he actually tells them 'well done' at the end of the interview.

The bloke is a turd but the press need to grow a pair and stand up to the ****er.

In his capacity of manager he is a vile man.

It would be amazing to win the league next year - 20 years of **** all and they still can't overtake us.

Spot on. Sam Wallace of the Independent wrote a very negative article about Ferguson a couple of months back and i remember hearing a journo saying how Wallace, in one article, has destroyed any access he had to United players, staff and press conferences.

                      It's shameful.

                        Warnock changes his tune
                        Wednesday, 20 May 2009 12:17

Former Sheffield United manager Neil Warnock insists Manchester United will not face censure if they fielded a weakened side this weekend.

Warnock, now with Crystal Palace, appears to have reigned in his opinions of big clubs who rest players against relegation threatened teams after previously attacking Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez for doing just that.

When questioned about the likelihood of United coming under scrutiny for fielding a weakened team at Hull on Sunday in preparation for the Champions League final, Warnock supported Ferguson's right to do so.

'It's just the luck of the draw. It's just how it happens, that's life,' he said.

'At the end of the day Newcastle still have to get a result at Villa and Sunderland have to get a result, possibly. They have to worry about themselves.

'It is disappointing when you do see they are not playing their top man but Alex is single-minded and I don't think for one minute he will be concerned, when he picks his team, what happened to Neil Warnock or what happens to Alan Shearer or Phil Brown,' he insisted.

'Manchester United's youngsters can always get a result against anybody on their day.'

Warnock's comments appear to represent a complete u-turn from the attacks on Benitez that came in the wake of Liverpool's defeat against Fulham in the season that Sheffield United were relegated.

Much like United, Liverpool were focusing on the Champions League that season and fielded an inexperience team that were beaten at Craven Cottage.

In the wake of that game Warnock said: 'Integrity, doing what is right for the game, comes way down Rafa's list of priorities. Maybe Rafa gets a yearly hamper from Harrods for his team selections.

'It's part of a big club's mentality. They look after themselves and they don't bother about anyone else.

'I'm still very bitter about it and personally I hope Liverpool never win another trophy under Benitez. I like them as a club but I would be very pleased to see them win nothing.'
Warnock - what a two-faced, xenophobic, hypocritical, racist cunt.

He will actually ignore any journo who he has a problem with and refuse to answer any of their questions , IIRC he has had them thrown out of press conferences too in the past. As someone mentioned what does that journo do when he goes back to the office without a story? He gets bollocked! So they all suck up to him.

An absolute bully like you said, but no one ever seems to do anything about it
