Always liked him - seems very intelligent and knwoledgable. Hope he does well, not the easiest first job to take on.
OMG TWINS. Yeah I always thought he was ace. He was great on the very early pro evo games on the ps1. He always had a 9/10 passing. Played him just off a young Ronaldo and Romario

Leonardo has two choices - this one or PSG. Its a non brainer. Originally, Milan wanted Rijkaard or Van Basten with Leonardo looking at youth development but somethings happened along the way.

I presume Berlusconi got round to looking at their recent CVs. To be fair to Rijkaard he did do excellently at Barca initially but he seemed to loose his way and couldn't get the best out of Ronadinho towards the end. van Basten however did appallingly in his only club job and clearly needs more experience before being given a big job - not everyone is going to take to club management like Guardiola.

Rijkaard did do a good job at Barcelona but his lack of communication or man management with big egos will probably mean he won't get a big job for a long time.
Berlusconi, a few weeks ago, was warming to van Basten becoming Milan manager. Calling him his 'first footballing son' and all that. Again, van Basten, like some Dutch managers, can be quite erratic in his decision making. Whilst he is a huge hero in Milan, I would guess he would need some experienced people behind him to coach him to become a success at Milan.
Guardiola's situation is different to that of Leonardo. Whilst Leonardo has been working behind the scenes at Milan, Guardiola was responsible for the B team, the adaptation stage from La Masia (Barcelona academy) to the first team and had worked with Iniesta, Messi, Krkic before and grew up with the Cryuff philosophy of football.
Tab Ramos was our best player at the time, and on our home ground during our Cup no less! We should have won that game and instead they went on to win the Cup. *grumble*

. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
