They already are a club with more money than sense, only now they don't have any money.

Since the new regime came in after the egg headed guy who seemed to piss away endless amounts of cash they have seemed very well run. I suspect that being as the new owners have said their aim is to maintain the value of the club for a sale in around two years when the markets recover there is very little chance they will be throwing wadges of cash around.
