Benzema was given the full tour of Old Trafford along with his agent last week (Mon 26/06) prior to signing for Real. The only person missing from the tour was Fergie who felt he had no need to be there as he had spoke with the agent the week earlier. Terms/Contract had been agreed and the fee had been almost been sorted. At the point of arriving in Manchester, no-one apart from United had agreed terms.

RM wrapped the deal up in less than 36 hours and Fergie may rue the day he couldn't be arsed meeting him.
