You have to ask questions about our scouting system when we sign players of this calibre. If we had to pay a fee would Rafa have given him a second look? I'm sure Degen's not that bad. He hasn't really been spared by injuries so we must wait before making a definite assumption on him. As I said previously, his attacking game is not bad.
