Friendly mate, pretty much full strength side, Pepe, Puyol, Arbeloa, Xabi, Torres, Villa, Silva all playing

Onto England, Defoe was awesome when he came on. Capello obviously blasted them at half time, Heskey wasn't doing it so put Defoe on to make a difference and well, he did. Fair play.

Babel looked good after he came on, impressive. Hope he can keep that kind of form
