    Kasper Schmeichel gone to Notts County

    Good signing for them I reckon not a bad keeper, surely must have broken the League 2 transfer record?

    Real surprised by this. They've obviously got some dosh and the lad hasn't progressed as much as some thought he would, but I'm surprised he's dropped down to that league.

      not that surprised i dont think he is that good, when city got him he spent a few seasons in the lower league.

      Lets face it he will be getting paid top whack as a prestige name becuase of daddy.
      i think he had a purple patch for a few games and built a rep on thart.

        may not be good enough for premiership but in leage two and one? Yes

            He is an excellent keeper for that league and should County progress is more than capable of holding his spot as they climb through the leagues.

            Excellent addition and could prove to be a key player for years to come.

              Great signing by them, and I think he was decent in the games he got for man city in the premiership. I would think he was good enough for the championship so I'm surprised he has gone to league 2.

              Also he is on a free transfer, so no record broken.

                Don't think its fair to say he isn't good enough for the premiership as he has always produced good displays. When he first made his debut at City he played 3 or 4 games and produced a few amazing performances and then everyone was raving about him. He lost his place to Hart at no fault of his own
