****, is that really what it stands for?

What an egotistical cunt, if that's true.

What an odious **** head he is

I'm slightly surprised he didnt call it the 'Sir Alex Ferguson Stadium'....given how far Whelan's tongue is usually lodged up the ginsoaked cunt's arse.

The DW Stadium (formerly known as the JJB Stadium before August 2009)[4][5] is a dual-purpose sports stadium located within the Robin Park retail complex in Wigan, England, opened and built in 1999.[1] The stadium was named after its principal sponsor, the sporting goods retailer JJB Sports—whose former chairman David Whelan owns the Wigan Athletic football club.[6] It is currently named after the stadium's main sponsor, DW Sports Fitness.
Still a sneaky way of naming it after yourself.

                Whelan's a knob.

Raging that Chelsea ran away with it in the end, i really thought Sunderland would get at least a point.

                  What a hat-trick from Defoe.

Another game, another dire challenge by Stephen Hunt.

Know you can only beat the team in front of you, but Hull were dire tonight so it said on 5live.

He's come on leaps and bounds, that lad Defoe. I think he's been amazing so far, since the england game. Better than Owen for England at this rate, thats for sure.

To be fair though, I could have got a hat-trick against that Hull "defence".

Defoe is a decent player but he only scores against **** defences. You don't see him doing as well against top class defenders. When he plays against the big teams he runs around plenty and makes the defenders work hard but he rarely threatens

                            Haha yeah.

I've never been a Defoe fan but he does look to be improving. Having said that I've always dismissed him as Djibril Cisse type - close your eyes, whack it and hope for the best. Two of his goals last night were like that but they rocketed in, and when they do fly in they look great.

They looked spectacular on MOTD, the third one especially made me sit up and take notice.

He's a lot better than Cisse but I don't think he's ever going to be a really top player.

Also, after their excellent start expect Spurs to implode spectacularly in a game or two.
