The problem obviously is consistency. Ultimately the referee is in charge with the amount of time to allocate. The FA will back whoever was the ref today.

Yep, a substitution and that scuffle with Lucas and Huddlestone that went on for about 30 seconds, yet he added on about 8 seconds, all after being denied a stonewall penalty aswell.

Well a football forum is made for arguing no? What's the point of it? I hardly ever go into suicide mode, if ever that was aimed at me, if not, for the amount of abuse I receive on here, I would be gone long ago.

As for you speaking sense, well, I have never ever seen you argue anything, just maybe about music when there's no point in arguing anyway.

I agree that it can be repetitive, then a simple solution would have been to avoid reading the thread, not coming in and trying to rile up people.

But they are consistent. How many times s has it worked in United’s favour? Pundits even joke about Fergie’s watch.

I’m not saying it doesn’t happen for other teams either, just not as regularly as United. How much time was played when Bruce got that winner for their first Premiership? If only we know that it was a trend likely to continue, think I would have started following golf or something.

But that's always the case, the ref blew early for us against Spurs, and usually (unless there's a goal or a sub in added time) the refs usually only go over by a max of 30secs from what I've seen
