Diouf at it again, possibly, maybe.

In trouble with the Five-0 after an altercation with a ball boy at Woodison. Seems the ball boy maybe to blame partly though

Blackburn forward El-Hadji Diouf has been interviewed by police following allegations made by a ball-boy at Goodison Park.

Everton ran out 3-0 winners in a dominant display as former Liverpool player Diouf was subject to a series of boos from the home crowd.

The winger was seemingly involved in a verbal altercation with a ball-boy during the first half of the game after the youngster appeared to throw an out-of-play ball towards him with particular venom.

The Senegalese international then directed words towards the individual bringing sarcastic cheers from the Everton faithful.

Diouf then suffered further abuse from home fans, and again when he went to take two corners in the area of the original incident.

After the match police interviewed Diouf at the stadium before the Blackburn team left the ground.

A spokesman for Merseyside Police said: "We are looking into an allegation that a 28-year-old man used racist language at the Everton match today."

Nothing would surprise me with that tool.
"That's how I found myself on the Kop that day I had my blue-and-white scarf safely tucked away inside my coat as I listened to Liverpool songs and swayed with the masses.

Then City scored and I screeched and this big bloke, a Liverpool supporter, made towards me and I thought he was going to throttle me. But he just pulled my scarf from under my coat so it lay on the outside, and said: "You should always be proud of your colours, lad."

He's the only ex LFC player I genuinely hate.

"If Gerrard continues to play up front, leaving this lack of creativity and intelligence in Midfield, the season WILL be over by Xmas."

I still don't think we'll finish in the top 4 this season."

Sounds to me like the ball-boy was deliberately winding him up so I would have a hard time believing the kids story that Diouf says 'f off white boy'

Shown his true colours, LFC was never anything special to him imo, just another side he played for.

The way he talks about the scum and Fergie i think he has more affection/affinity towards them, obviously was never going to admit it while with us, but seems to be that way.

Or....... i'm just a sad disgruntled bitter red, and if that's the case...I DON'T ****IN CARE!! He's a little ****.

Not in the same league of hatred. Apparently, he was desperate to come back to us but we weren't interested and then Fergie got in contact. I don't blame him if that was all that was on offer, we have to be realistic and acknowledge that he's a footballer, Man Utd were interested and we said no.

I was furious at the time, but I can understand why now. Its not like he was a childhood LFC fan or anything, and even if he was, we weren't in for him.

That's a very convenient story imo, nicely attempts to move the blame from MO for joining the scum, but if you listen to what he's said since, it seems he's always hoped Fergie would be in for him, which in turn means he's always wanted to play for utd.

He had offers from the Bitters and Hull, plus a few mega offers from Spain.

I just wonder if it had been Robbie Fowler in his position, I think he wouldn't have gone there.

As a job, you always have a choice, I turned down the chance of an interview working for News International even though the pay/terms and prospects are a lot better than I currently get.

I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

Diouf is a complete ****. But if he is telling the truth and Everton fans did indeed throw bananas at him as he claimed then it's completely disgusting. Just because he's a ****** it doesn't make racial abuse acceptable.

He may have had a go at the kid, he's not a very intelligent man, but I can imagine a kid that is arrogant enough to deliberately provoke a pro footballer would be well capable of making up and fabricating what Diouf had to say.

Skysports reporting that Everton are making no investigation of their supporters about Diouf's thrown banana claim
