Torres v Rooney v Drogba

Rooney is superior to Torres and Drogba in his linking of play & ability to defend all over the pitch and he hasn't got a bad goalscoring record, although it's way off Nando's record. All in all I understand why Lineker would make such a choice. For one, he was an Evertonian himself and secondly, Rooney is a bloody good player. Without him, United would be nothing.
