    Chelsea v Man Utd

Obviously a massive game today, and I was just wondering who everyone will be willing to win.

Obviously a win for Chelsea today will severly dent Man Utds title hopes, but also probably kill off any feint hopes we have of winning the league.

For that reason I'm hoping for a draw today, with a Chelsea win being the worst result. A win against Brum on Monday and we take the gap down to 4 points unless Chelsea win today.

But I also think the confidence Chelsea would get from beating Man Utd would make them pretty much un catchable.

That said, anyone whop has already given up on our chances this season will obviously be hoping for a Chelsea win!

I want Chelsea to win. We have no chance of winning the title and for me it's "Anyone but United".

I can see the logic there.

Exactly, I don't care even if it were Everton to win the league (very unlikely I know), rather than those pieces of dog turd winning another title! But if not us I would like it 2 be Arsenal - they play some amazing footy at times, even when their young reserves play.

But with Fletcher in they'll look a lot better. Key player for them.

I dont agree that we cant win the league.

I certainley wouldn't bet on us to win the league but stranger things have happend. Last season we went to Old Trafford 7 points behind ManU with a game extra played (potentially 10 points behind) and we nearly won the league. There were only 11 games remaining, so this season there is a lot, lot more football to be played.

We are 9 points off top with 27 games to play, it doesnt matter how many we have lost its how many we have won. For example Man City have only lost once all season, yet they are only two points ahead of us.

We've have had our blip (and what a blip it was!), so others have to have theirs. No team is looking unstoppable like previous seasons. I reckon 85 points will win it this season.

Personally i want a draw so that we can cut the gap to 7 points with a win against Birmingham. If we get to the New years and we are within 6 points off top, i for one simply wont rule us out.

I was going to post something along similar lines. You're spot on mate. Some people here are too negative.

Agree entirely. I always knew we would be in trouble from the start with a midfield partnership lacking creativity. But this has been compounded by a ridiculous injury record to not only Gerrard and Torres, but also other important players, and worse still, to the players who would replace the injured players!

We will have close to a clean bill of health after the international break. If players can stay fit from then on we will have a chance. If they don't we will not win the league due to the well know and now well proved lack of depth.

But if we stay lucky from here on in we DO still have a chance.

Cowardly line up by the mancs. 4-6-0 basically.

                        Okay slight side issue here.

Did I just hear the commentator point out in an ironic manner that Ballack being German had a poppy on on his top?

Not harsh enough punishment in my eyes.

If we couldn't win the league with that advantage, how on Earh are we going to do it with a 9 point deficit already?
                            Oh I don't know.

Anyone know of a decent stream for this game?

I think a draw would be best, but at same time wouldn't mind seeing Drogba terrorising the whole manc team
