      why on earth are South Africa top seeds. It's bad enough that **** teams qualify just by hosting the damn thing, nevermind getting easy games. Home teams have a bog enough advantage as it is. FIFA and their money grabbing.

          I guess they think it's good for the tournement for the hosts to have a good run. It is a bit of a joke though
          The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

                  the desicion to seed the playoffs was made in the prospect of Germany finishing their group 2nd behind Russia, because the Germans give more than 50% of all the money Fifa get from sponsors. But they won the game in Moscow, so it was just seen as a favour to France and Portugal.

                                Why the **** was this reported as starting at 12? BBC live text has started already with the ****ing build up, yet they're not pulling teams out of the hat until 17:45pm FFS!
