I don't understand why you put a penalty low down the middle, as there's always a chance of the keeper saving with his legs whichever way he dives
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

because you expect the keeper to dive left or right early then shoot into an open goal

henrywinter: A worrying omen for England-USA...Defoe's pen saved by Howard! Poor pen. Would Owen have netted? He usually gets his England pens, 4 of 4

LOL! One of the worst penalty takers of decade, England's saviour.

          Does Howard really have Tourettes?

I believe down the middle is statistically the best option. Not sure if there is a difference between those hit low and those off the ground though.

the difference is that when you aim off the ground, you run the risk of over-hitting the ball and driving it into the stands

that's why low and in the middle is considered so safe.

Really enjoyed that game...despite rooting for the Bitters. Can't believe it's come to this - hoping Spurs drop points.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Its a sign of how crap we are at the moment, last year, we didn't care how any played except to look over the shoulder and see if utd were still chasing
