Don't get the Rooney bashing...watching the Villa game on Saturday, when he was tackling back into his own half he was easily out pacing the Villa players, and some of them are definitely no slouches. I think the term the commentators used was "deceptively quick" cos he's a big lad.

What does running with the ball in this test consist of? Do you have to take a certain number of touches or always have the ball so close to you? Otherwise in this test having a crap first touch could be an advantage
