He used social media platform to express his frustration and I am not sure if that was well received by BR and others.
Whatever the reason is it is very unusual not to see him on the list as he had pretty decent showing at the tour and this type of game would be ideal for him.

Possibly, but not having your name on the Europa league site is hardly the stiffest of punishments is it? He is still eligible to play.
