I don't have a problem with him winning it/them. Bale have been hugely important for Spurs, scored some crucial goals and a lot of them from midfield. He is standout player in the Spurs team, and I can understand why he won it.

Suarez and Van Persie could have won it as well, it's close between them all and no single standout player in the PL this season.
