I just had a discussion with a Chelscum fan at work about who's gonnna grab the 4th spot.

Being a Spurs fan and after our both our failures last night, I said I reckon Man City will clinch it... His reply, "they don't deserve it at all, they haven't built up to their place, they've only got it from spending short term mega-money".... I was too gob-smacked to point out the irony to him.

Where were Chelsea before Roman's Rubles arrived? In 2002 they finished above us, 4th place, so they were on the verge of a good top four side before Roman took over?
