Whilst i wont be 'willing' england to go out, i honestly couldnt care less how they do. I want to see the best world cup and best football, i just want it to be fun.Originally posted by Daniel Torres View PostRe World Cup - this might be controversial - but England get knocked out early so some proper football can be enjoyed without all the media **** about 1966 and white ****ing van man waving those little ****ing flags.

I'll want England out. Maybe my position will change when it comes around - although I will never, ever be anything like 'fanatical' - who knows, but I'd love Rooney et al to have ****ing wank World Cups. Get Gerrard & Johnson home nice and early for a long rest.

At this point that'd be great, I'd take that in a heartbeat.Originally posted by anfieldanfield View PostIf Arsenal won the league Barca won the Champions League and we finished 4th and won the Europa League, could we dare say it was an...ok season ?
But on the whole you'd still have to say it was a poor season. The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Firstly, Bordeaux would never do the mancs over two legs. They'd fold.Originally posted by anfieldanfield View PostNot sure about that mate.
Inter looked very, very solid over two legs and Bordeaux are a very dark horse.
As for Inter, they're capable but we all know that the mancs, by whatever means, spawn or whatever, would get through. Inter would put in the worst display of their lives at Old Trafford and Rooney would run riot.
It's just Barca for me. They're the only ones who i'd happily see going up against the mancs, who i'd feel confident and not worried about.

It's cringeworthy. Doesn't he get it? They interview all those foreign TV people and they all say they don't like him! Take the hint Keys, you thick cunt! Yes he's a good manager - we get it. But the hero worship is cringeworthy. I suppose it's all part of the hype machine, but it's bull****. Even after Souness has pointed out what a tool he's being he still has to keeping yapping about it.Originally posted by Craig_H View PostLaughing my balls off at Keys ****ing breaking his back to make it about Mourinho and Souness keeps telling him what a ****ing dolt he is
Keys cannot possibly watch himself back on tv, and not be embarrassed

Laughing aside, it sums up the english football broadcasters. It's a circus in this country, and that type of broadcasting would be laughed out of the studio in places like Italy and Germany. Their work experience kids would be more professional and competent than the likes of Keys the buffoon, and those of his ilk.
It's precisely this kind of embarrassing schoolboy-esque unprofessional jizzfest that makes you not want england to do well or, god forbid, win the world cup.
