He is a good manager, better than most in the PL. However, I think in order to get the tag of "one of the best around" he needs to take his team to the next level, or join a club whose team is expected to play in the next level.Originally posted by Taxi View Post
He has done fantastically well arresting the slide of a team which was going downhill and making them a solid upper level PL team. However, it is a whole new ball game when you are managing a team where the minimum expected is top 4, where every purchase/substitution/game is scrutinized.Comment

Everton under Moyes usually have one good season, followed by a bad season.
This season, they have finally broken that cycle and achieved mid-table mediocity.
