Howard Webb is regarded as the best in the league but lets face it, he has been terrible this season. The refs are so inconsistent.

That was ridiculous. Since when is that a foul? Belletti had his hands and arms out of the way, did nothing other than track Barry's run. Barry deliberately slows down knowing there'll be some kind of tangle of legs, falls over, ****ing penalty. Ridiculous. That is not a foul.
