Bert Trautman carried on playing with a broken neck. But then footballers were made of concrete back then, not wafers and clouds like they are now.

Didn't Pennant play 10 games or so for us with a break in his leg before it was diagnosed?

I think he played the majority with two broken legs.

He was an idiot to play in the first place. Can't believe Wenger left it up to him to decide

I can. Wenger obviously wanted him to play and by letting him decide he gets to be completely blameless for it all going tits up.

Dunno about that but I'm convinced Spurs will beat United. How many times over the years have we watched Spurs desperate for them to beat the Mancs and they've let us down time after time, bending over for them when United are there for the taking. Be ****ing typical.

I know this may seem a bit far fetched but do you think these Arsenal players that keep having leg breaks could be down to them cutting dairy products of their diets perhaps, lack of calcium and so forth?

I read somewhere a while back that Arsenal's player's are on a strict diets which will explain how they're all fit and that dairy products have been taken away off their diet. If you have a lack of the white stuff then you're going to have weak bones.

                            What do you reckon?
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

It's possible and certainly Chris Kirkland looked like he wouldn't know a bottle of milk if it hit him in the head (putting him out for 12 weeks).

But I thought all the Arsenal players had pizza after games, which got reported on at the Old Trafford food fight a few years back, and cheese would surely count as dairy?

If you don't drink milk you won't be good enough to play for Accrington Stanley

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
