See.....this is why the ManU result earlier was bad for us as Liverpool fans.
Forget about 4th.....its long gone (has been for a while), but I don't expect us to lie down against Chelsea anyhow......the best thing we could have hoped for is that the league wouldn't depend on our result with them

A ManU derby win, and a possible Chelsea defeat here could be an extremely bad weekend for us.

I think that stoppage time goal has had a huge mental affect on Chelsea. They could have relaxed today. Scum will win all their remaining games which means the league comes down to the game at Anfield between us and Chelsea.

To be honest I dont give a **** what united do. I want my team to finish in the top four and right now id take a draw which would put Spurs level with City and still leave us with a chance. BELIEVE>

If we're gonna miss 4th, and it looks likely, i'd much rather Spurs get it than City.

And to be fair to them, they've ****ing beaten Arsenal, look like they're gonna beat Chelsea 4 days later, and they've played with balls, gone out to attack and to proactively win the game, without worrying about what Chelsea or Arsenal could do to them.

Spurs will have deserved 4th, if they get it.

That's such a small time, loser's mentality.

It's a realist's mentality........I would love to be proven wrong, but we've never had any momentum this season, and I see no evidence of any resurgence for the remaining games of the season.
Whenever the balls been placed in our court this season when there's been a chance to capitalize on some slip up from the others.......we have failed, simple as that.
A draw earlier would have been an OK result only for that minute, faint, unrealistic hope.
