Applying the most positive (remotely realistic) outcomes for each of the remaining games, the best i can see is (remarkably), all four of us, City, Spurs and Villa finishing on 68 points.

Aston Villa v Birmingham - home win (Villa upto 64 points)
Burnley v Liverpool - away win (Liverpool upto 62 points)

May 1st
Man City v Aston Villa - draw (City upto 64 points, Villa upto 65 points)
Spurs v Bolton - home win (Spurs upto 67 points)

May 2nd
Liverpool v Chelsea - home win - (Liverpool upto 65 points)

May 5th
Man City v Spurs - draw (City upto 65 points, Spurs upto 68 points) OR home win (City upto 67 points, Spurs stay on 67 points)

May 9th
Aston Villa v Blackburn - home win (Villa upto 68 points)
Burnley v Tottenham - draw (Spurs upto 68 points) OR home win (and take Spurs to have drawn at City) - Spurs stay on 68 points)
Hull v Liverpool - away win (Liverpool upto 68 points)
West Ham v City - draw (City move upto 68 points if they'd beaten Spurs at home) OR (away win - City upto 68 points).

Everyone finishes on 68.
