what makes everyone so sure about that?

last year was harry's settling in period and they done well. this year they have easily been the 4th best team and could easily finish 3rd still. they have won 11of 12 games in a row now and have been far more consistant than us. with fresh investmant and CL challenge i'm sure they will go from strength to strength.

Would like to see some level of pressure/expectation placed on them now...win the champions league, a title challenge, a domestic cup, and of course finishing in the top 4 again comes as part of that. We'll see.

And when they fail....well...it'll probably be a case of...'never mind..it's old 'arry' he's grrrrrreat'.

Harry will get charged with fraud or something soon and be forced to resign. They'll fall apart again soon enough.

As I remember it there wasn't any evidence against Redknapp in that Panorama expose/damp squib.

But there was prima facie evidence against Kevin Bond who was on the bench next to 'Arry last night.

I know he was sacked from Pompey for it but it was pretty much all brushed under the carpet and now he's back. Makes you wonder.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

One thing though, I respect Redknapp for his reaction to the final whistle last night. I immediately thought of Mourinho's reaction last week - a very sharp contrast in terms of dignity and respect for the opposition.

Ditto the Liverpool fans on here, take a bow. Gracious regarding Spurs' achievements this season. I hope there's a few of them reading this...

Yeah i was impressed with that.

I know the media in London think the suns shines out his Harry's backside but he is a down the earth, likeable fella.

Showed Rafa and LFC alot of respect before and after we beat em at Anfield a few months ago.

Reading this has brought a tear to my eye... You are all truly wonderful people. I wish you all the best for next season, in a perfect scenario we'd both be in the champs league with ars*nal looking up at us in a jealous rage.

No worries mate, we can all wear the red tinted glasses at times, but we can all see you deserved 4th.

Once we get some new owners in though you won't see us for dust

And finally, story of the week concerns the Manchester City fan who thought it was a good idea to get a large tattoo last year depicting his club as the 2011 Champions League winners.

Kirk Bradley remarked at the time: "While I was in the pub one night I was saying how I thought we'd win the Champions League next season and my friend turned to me and said 'if you're so sure why don't you have it tattooed?'

"He was obviously joking, so you can imagine his face when I turned around and said 'OK then'. Indeed.

The 25-year-old was asked what would happen if City didn't win the Champions League and he added: "I don't even want to think about it - and I don't think I'll have to. I'm sure I would get a lot of stick from my mates though." Surely not?

And one ugly tattoo it is, too!
