Startling admission by Fabio today. Maybe taking team bonding a little too far:
"And despite losing Ferdinand, Capello has pledged to play all of his first XI for the opener against the States in that friendly.
"I have to play all the players that will play against the USA for 45 minutes or 60 minutes," said Capello. "I don't know if it is a major risk. I touch wood."

Its a great idea, found out who is really unfit in a good workout before the WC starts in order to get replacements in.
Clearly Rio was unfit and trying to hide it.
Its best to suss out the other polystyerene legged guys out before its too late to bring replacements in.
Jacques Brel is alive and well and playing at Anfield
England play a friendly today against some local side, anyone know if it's being shown or streamed anywhere?

. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
You're probably right. But I'm at home and can't wait for the World Cup to start.
Anything that takes your mind of the disastrous goings-on at LFC...

I almost crashed this morning laughing.
I heard that the referee for the England game is a brazilian who was suspended for the last month of the brazilian season, due to making too many mistakes.
You couldn't make this **** up.I can see him messing it up for England.
