I think Serbia will surprise a few people as they are a tough nut to crack.
Chile upset the big boys in qualifying matches in their South America version.

Australia & USA can be considered dark horses as they have some decent players.

I'm going with Serbia & I'll be routing for them!

Chile for me. They qualified comfortably, even managing to knock off Argentina on the way. They're in Spain's group, but they play them last (after they've wrapped up the group, hopefully), so I can see them finishing 2nd in the group. Unfortunately, after that they would play the winner of Brazil's group.
