Glenn Roeder Ring Master at the Circus

He's a sitting duck to be sacked at Newcastle same old story for them up there. Im surprised seens they have the rock Bramble at the back.

Funniest thing i heard recently was Given on Skysports Super Sunday Richard Keys was saying to him something along the lines your missed with in goals at Newcastle and you've pull off alot of saves and have been outstanding and over worked....to which Given replied "sure i play for Newcastle dont I"
When you feel like you're done, you are not alone........

I hope he stays on as their manager and skilfully guides them into the Championship.
    That would annoy fat Dunk!

Looks like Bramble will be off back to Ipswitch on a free at the end of the season, possibly with a small fee in January so that disaster zone will soon leave.

I honestly think Roeder finished last season with one of the least balanced squads the PL has ever seen. In my opinion with a squad with a good keeper, one good CM, more wingers than you could shake a stick at and no fit forwards of note he frankly worked miracles last season. He did OK in the last transfer window, but I suspect would have rather had a different sort of player than Duff, but the Chairman couldn't pass up the deal.

The club appears to be run by an idiot (Shepherd) who doesn't know what he is doing. I think he forced Sir Bobby into buying Kluivert and that worked out well. Probably the same deal with Duff.

Roeder will be gone within weeks. After that they should get in a no-nonsense manager like Souness to sort things out.

Surely one of the most ill-judged appointments in PL history that one. At least when we hired him no-one knew he was rubbish yet.

Like I've said before, it must be brilliant playing for them if you're a certain type of player: the fans worship you blindly, you get paid a ton of money, and you never have to win anything. Ace!

I think for that very reason (along with the chairman always blaming managers for over spending when clearly the board has to have some say in these matters) it must be crap team to manage.
