Nothing to do with Platini being Uefa president, i'm sure. After all, it's been a whole massive 12 years since their last competition and they've only hosted two in the last 26 years...

Suppose we cant complain tho. If they have the euros and england get the wc then thats 2 tourneys in a row we can easily attend

I have it on good authority that this decision was made to ensure that France dont have to cheat to qualify for it.

As for attending them - good luck getting tickets!
