It's this "grid" game that I do at work for every major tournament. You have 26 players each who randomly draw a position on the grid. Then, your scores for each game are predetermined. If you get the score of a particular game you win the money for it, and for the group games that is £2. It rises on the way to the final which is £50. Simples!

For each grid position, you get a different letter assigned for each game, and each letter correlates to a particular score (up to 4-4 and then "other"). It's not very easy to explain and I'd post the grid if I was at work.
