    he's a big

Fair enough he's won some titles
I think he didn't play the WC final in 2002 as he was suspended...
Thanks for the memories Rafa - YNWA!

He'll earn £125k per week in Qatar or something. Or America, bet he goes there

Cole would be ace, but I can't see him leaving London considering both Arsenal and Spurs would take him

Only sticking point is whether he'd be first XI at either?
Arsenal have just confirmed they are in Talks with Ballack !

Good move for them. Exactly the kind of experience they need in the middle.

Nah was only joking man just to make fierce eat his own words....never say never in football i keep saying this ......but yeah would be good for arsenal

Ballack's agent Michael Becker said the player would have been willing to take a pay cut and would have accepted a one-year deal with an option for a second year, based on appearances.
Becker said Ballack, who is on holiday in Miami, was "completely surprised" by the news.
"He has not spoken to Chelsea for three months," Becker told German broadcaster RTL.

I agree that Joe cole would be an excellent signing for Liverpool, Particularly for free. I think we've seriously been lacking quality in both the L and R attacking midfielders for years. He's just what we need IMO.

Ballack is past his best and hopefully will sign for Arsenal!

I'd love us to make serious push for Cole. Imo he'd make huge difference on the left midfield side. Hopefully with him be free we could be in run for his services.

we should sign him for a 4 year contract, build his rep back up and sell him for 8 mil next summer!

Theres a big difference between £130k and peanuts. He would have to want less than half of that for us to consider buying him.
