The disallowed goal is significant to an extent, but England were still in the game at 2-1 down with half the game left to put it right, but they played right into Germany's hands.

People who understand football understand the significance of the disallowed goal and the difference between setting up to chase a game and playing with scores even. Loads of cunts will dismiss it completely because of the score but it was a big moment that effectively turned the game.

Perhaps disallowed goal could have changed the conception of the game but clearly Germany was much better team.

I honestly think the culture of the current England team is the major problem. It seems to me an extension of the Chelsea culture/mentality in which the players are overly arrogant and expect everything on a silver platter. This isn't bad when playing for a dominant, winning team like Chelsea or the Scum, but when things aren't going their way, there's no one (apart from maybe Gerrard) with the heart to get back in the game
