I am afraid you just jinxed it.

Plus I wouldn't put my money on Dutch and Spaniards necessarily. Germany and Uruguay could easily move on especially Deutschland.

They've been arguably the best team of WC thus far.

so much for south american dominance in this tournament

i think the dutch will go through, suarez not playing will be a big handicap for uruguay imo

the other one is too close to call.

anyhow i think well see a european team win for the first time outside of europe.

When is the draw for the final?
                .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Without Suarez they are completely different team but you never know. It's anybody's game I suppose.

They'll play just the one goalkeeper for a start.

I hope not, but I still think so, Germany just know how to play international football.

Spain is barely getting by and if it wasn't for individual excellence of Villa I am not so sure they would've made it to the semis. Germans on the other hand have been, for the most part, superb team of the tournament but the loss of Muller could be their Kryptonite. I'd still think Germany will come on top.

I think they have been brilliant to watch all world cup – even the game they lost to Serbia was a great match and reduced to 10 men germany were unlucky to not get a point maybe even have gone onto win – they had the chances. – For me, right now – they deserve to go on and win it more than anyone else – they have played the best football through out and i’m actually split now 50/50 of who i want to go through.

If asked at the start of the tournament who i would like to see win it – it’d be England 1st, Spain 2nd – but i can’t choose between them now. I have to say i’ve not really enjoyed watching spain . Maybe it’s more down to the oppositions negative tactics trying to bore the life out of spain - Another early goal for Germany and it’ll be all over.

I could see that happening but it will be interesting to see how Germany do when the opposition has possession and players looking to dictate where the game is player. Argentina had a lot of the ball but always in areas where Germany were comfortable with them having it.

Spain haven't really been able to consistently find killer balls though which leaves them vulnerable.

Mueller is a big loss for the Germans. His counter attacking has been a real feature of their play.
