He was one of the few players I've seen who, even when knackered, old and fat, could score a goal just because he wanted to.
He'd sometimes do nothing in a match, then think "**** it, I think I'll score" and no matter where he was on the pitch he'd score.
When he was at Real, the fans didn't take to him cos they thought him lazy. Apparently, he took that badly and worked his balls off to show them he was worthy, they loved him after his 1st season.
And that hattrick against the Mancs was just magical.Comment

Never forget that season he had for Barca. He was just unstoppable, a pure force of nature. Had absolutely everything in his locker.
He was also amazing at Inter in his first season, he adapted his game to a more Italian style and i think had nearly as many assists as goals.
