It's not deluded at all. He's basically saying he would only sell if a massive offer came in, and he's picked £50m as a generic example of a big offer.

I like Mick McCarthy. He's totally partisan and does his best fir his club. And hopefully history will record his decency at Roy Leane's expense. I kinda enjoy Keane's madness too mind.
